Our training and capacity-building initiatives are conducted in collaboration with several renowned institutions. These include the

National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM),

Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Skill India (CEDSI).

Krishika - The Residential FPC Training School is India's first-ever initiative focused on enhancing the skills and capabilities of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs).

We partner with esteemed institutions like the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI) to deliver comprehensive training programs on agricultural marketing, value addition, entrepreneurship, and fisheries development. They also collaborate with organizations like the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED) and ICAR, Umiam Meghalaya, to leverage knowledge and resources, through workshops, exposure visits, and capacity-building initiatives, they empower small, marginal, and landless farmers across villages, thereby contributing significantly to rural development and agricultural sustainability.
