Post-Harvest Management

Our comprehensive approach encompasses post-harvest management and Bank linkage, extensive research, and backward and forward integration. We also focus on both pre-sanction and post-sanction approaches, developing model Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for various projects. Some of our key projects include black pepper, Bhoot jolokia, banana wafers, arecanut, potato chips, millet processing, puffed rice, rice flakes/poha, arecanut chips (supari), coriander processing, mini rice mills, mustard oil mills, lemon juice and dehydration, turmeric processing, maize, and dry and powdered red chili. Additionally, we are involved in pig breeding, pig fattening, pig feed, and fish feed.

    As a Technical Agency for SFURTI Clusters in collaboration with KVIC and Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati, we specialize in post-harvest management initiatives. Additionally, our role as the District Resource Person (DRP) Agency appointed by Assam Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (AIDC) involves implementing the PMFME Scheme throughout Assam, with over 30+ applications already submitted. We work closely with more than 40 Pig Rearing (SHGs) to facilitate access to the NLM scheme, and we assist over 80 individual pig rearers in accessing the PMEGP scheme. Furthermore, as part of a SFURTI cluster comprising 1000 artisans, we collaborate with NERAMAC as the Implementing Agency and KVIC as the Nodal Agency to enhance technical support and resources for post-harvest management practices.
