The company started with marginal farmers in the areas of cultivation of Turmeric as their Primary Crop and Ginger as their Secondary Crop.

The proposed operations will include about 1000 Farmers, thereby providing employment to huge number of households and expected to increase it by 1200 farmers. Not only the Farmers will be engaged in Turmeric & Ginger Production, many of them will also find employment opportunities.
The FPC has been planting and harvesting Turmeric for a long time as their primary crop and Ginger as their Secondary Crop.

Turmeric is harvested when the plants are between 7 and 10 months of age, when the stems and leaves start to dry out and die back. The whole plant is removed from the ground, taking care not to cut or bruise the rhizomes.
